No. Bank connections go through Plaid, a trusted provider used by thousands of financial apps. We never see or store your bank login.
Access is read-only: we can see transactions, but we can never move money.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is tightly restricted.
Only the partners we need to run WellthyFi: Plaid for bank connections, and AI providers that read your receipts and generate your insights. They process your data only to provide the service to you.
Only in a de-identified form. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our own models so your insights get better over time.
Your name and identity are never part of it, and your data is never used to train public AI models.

We delete or permanently anonymize your personal and financial data within 30 days. Routine backups roll off within 30 to 90 days.
Yes. Tap the Settings (gear) icon, then Connect Banks, and disconnect any institution. Its transaction data is scheduled for secure deletion.

Tap the + button. You can snap a receipt, pick one from your photos, speak or type what you bought, enter it manually, or forward an e-receipt.
Your bank only sees the total, like "$84 at the grocery store." A receipt shows what you actually bought.
Those line items power your Health and Eco insights, which bank data alone can't provide.
No, it's optional. Connecting adds your expenses automatically, but you can use WellthyFi with receipts alone.
First add your email under Settings (gear icon) > Manage > Email. Then forward any e-receipt from that address to receipts@aestryd.com, and it appears in your expenses.

Tap the Settings (gear) icon, open Manage, and switch on the notifications you want.
If they're still blocked, allow them in your phone's settings. On iPhone, go to Settings > WellthyFi > Notifications. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > WellthyFi > Notifications.

A friend counts as a qualified referral once they sign up with your link and stay active for 60 days.
Bronze unlocks at 5 qualified referrals, Silver at 25, and Gold at 100. Rewards include months of Premium, a cash bonus at Silver, and lifetime Premium with revenue share at Gold. Spots in each tier are limited.

Retake the photo in good light with the whole receipt in frame. You can also edit any expense after it's added, or use Manual Entry.
Tap the Settings (gear) icon, open Connect Banks, and reconnect the institution. Banks sometimes ask you to sign in again after a while.
Update WellthyFi from the App Store or Google Play, then close and reopen the app. If it still looks wrong, let us know.
